All the Lovely Trees

image credit: Lucian Dachman via unsplash

Not at all

What I wanted to see

Had I not been so focused

On self sufficient me

I would not have missed all

Those lovely trees

May be the challenge is still yet

A fine line between

Balancing &

Flexibility

Does the forest have high valleys

Cliffs, hills, and streams

Do not forget the hollers edge

Oh, be sure!

Examine every ledge

Perhaps advanced surfing of intricacies

Depends on gracefully meeting adversities….

Or somewhere in between

Some call tragedy

Some call love

Many transmute former to above

More still yet are calling

As above so below

For all the lovely trees…

Here in lies the secret to seeing what you want to see

We conquered animosities

leveled curiosity

I know someday you’ll write the book

About how we all saved

Our lovely trees…

Actively seeing

Requires participation

And presence too

Sideline no more

Be inspired &

Be prompted

Adding your homily

Ode to saving all

The lovely trees…
